Should we arrive early for our booking?

Your one hour of game play will start at the time you've reserved. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure you receive your full game play time as we won’t be able to extend your game play on
the day. Of course, you’d be very welcome to arrive even earlier and have a drink or book a table for something to eat before your quiz. You or a player in your group who signed in must make yourself know to a host within 10 minutes of your booking start time. If not, Spider Box reserves the right to release your box. If you are late, but arrive within the 15 minutes, game time will be deducted accordingly without refund.
